2–5 surf clips — competition or free surfing. Judged on wave selection, flow and style, commitment and presence, and pure enjoyment. Physicality and heart over any single trick.
Your motherhood narrative — pregnancy, transitions, identity, grief and joy, and situation. The issue moments that shaped who you are now. Honest, vulnerable, specific.
Those 30–90 second witness testimonies — someone else's honest take on who you are as a mother, and a coach, mentor, or fellow mom: "What do people not see about her?"
Combine all three crowns into one submission, max 10 minutes. Authenticity beats production value and grace wins over flash.
You're a mother or guardian, anywhere in the world, who can surf or kiteboard, and you're willing to share your story publicly. Family-friendly, always.
